"A quiet place" was in one bloody word: awful. like, it doesn't even scare you. terrible casting. pathetic acting. miserable script. childish edit. woeful cinematography. most stupid/ brainless characters on planet earth. disappointingly manque idea .depressingly obvious turns. what the bloody shit is wrong with all the critiques? 96% rotten tomatoes, 3.5/4 roger ebert, 8.2/10 imdb. give me a break.
